New Product Launch

RiverPark Inc., a consumer electronics distributor to the OEM Recreational Vechicle industry, wanted to share their newest product offering from Samsung.  Samsung Appliance had not been in the RV (motorhome) market before so this was a major announcement for RiverPark, this also came at a time when the OEM's were transistitioning from LP gas "RV" refrigerators to residential style home appliances. Another key factor was timing, the RV manufacturers were already in the new model planning stages so the decision to incorporate a residential home appliance would need to be made quickly before the flooplan was approved and went into product in just a few weeks.


  • The first step was an email (HTML) marketing campaign. RiverPark                                 provided a list of their current customers and prospects.  Through analytics we had a definitive number of opens and click through links for more information. This email was was one of their most successful campaigns.
  • The design of the HTML campaign was used throughout all marketing materials. Full page ads were placed in industry trade magazines.

Samsung Home Appliance Print Ad

To promote the new catagory on the website, web banners were created and placed in rotating slideshows.

When the product shipped from their warehouse to the RV OEM's, a static cling was placed on the exterior door refrigerator - for retail display.

The same ad was used in their "glamour" product catalog, which was distributed before an international trade show.
